This is a cozy, soul-nourishing gathering for souls who want to slow down and come back into their bodies—without performing, fixing, or forcing.
We begin with ceremonial cacao to softly open the heart and quiet the mind, then move into a guided meditation to connect with Earth and the living intelligence of life on this planet.
From there, we meet the horses in a calm, respectful way—an interactive heart-to-heart experience where presence matters more than words.
Horses are natural mirrors for the nervous system: grounded, sensitive, and honest. In their presence, many people feel a deep exhale—like the body remembers how to be safe again.

Ceremonial cacao is a natural plant medicine that may gently stimulate the cardiovascular system and elevate mood and energy. It may not be appropriate for individuals who are pregnant or breastfeeding, have heart conditions, blood pressure concerns, sensitivity to caffeine/chocolate, or who are taking certain medications (including antidepressants, MAOIs, stimulants, or heart medications). Please consult your healthcare provider if you are unsure. An alternative beverage will be available.
Horses are large, sensitive animals. While every effort is made to create a calm, supported environment, interaction with horses carries inherent risk.
