Reiki Level I - Shoden
In Reiki Level I, also known as the Shoden level, you are attuned to the Reiki energy and begin to feel it flowing through you. This is where your Reiki journey truly begins—focused on self-healing and learning to share Reiki with others.
You’ll discover how to give yourself treatments, how to offer Reiki to friends and family, and how to integrate Reiki into your daily life. Along the way, you’ll explore the history of Reiki, its guiding principles and precepts, and the foundational pillars that make Usui Reiki so unique among healing modalities.
Through this training, you will learn how to:

Reiki Level II - Okuden
Reiki Level II, known as the Okuden level, deepens your connection to Reiki and expands your ability to use it for transformation and healing.
In this training, you’ll be introduced to the sacred Reiki symbols and mantras that amplify your healing energy, strengthen your intuition, and allow you to work on a deeper emotional and spiritual level.
You’ll also learn distance healing techniques, giving you the ability to send Reiki across time and space—supporting loved ones, situations, and even your own past and future.
Through this training, you will learn how to:

Reiki Master Teacher – Shinpiden
Reiki Master Teacher training, also known as the Shinpiden level, is the culmination of your Reiki journey.
This level invites you to step fully into your role as both healer and teacher, embodying Reiki as a way of life.
You will receive the Master symbols and advanced techniques that empower you to channel Reiki at the highest vibration, creating profound transformation for yourself and others. Beyond personal mastery, you’ll also learn how to pass on Reiki to others, offering attunements and guiding students along their own healing path.

This one-day advanced Reiki class is designed for Level II practitioners who feel called to expand their understanding and elevate their vibration. Open to all Reiki lineages, this training bridges traditional Usui and Tibetan practices with the high-frequency Holy Fire® energy—creating an experience that is both deeply healing and profoundly empowering.

Karuna Reiki® Master Teacher
Karuna Reiki® is often called the Reiki of Compassion—an advanced system of healing that expands beyond the foundations of Usui Reiki.
The word Karuna means “compassionate action,” and this energy works at very deep levels to release karmic patterns, heal past-life and ancestral wounds, and awaken higher states of consciousness. It is especially powerful for shadow work, spiritual awakening, and supporting profound transformation in yourself and others.
In Karuna Reiki® training, you are attuned to new healing frequencies and receive eight sacred symbols that bring unique qualities of healing—such as grounding, empowerment, cellular memory release, and deep emotional restoration.
You’ll also connect with enlightened beings such as Kuan Yin and other spiritual guides who hold the vibration of compassion, amplifying the depth of your practice.
Through this training, you will learn how to:

As a Holy Fire® III Karuna Reiki® Master Teacher, I provide a recognized and heart-centered training experience, supported by the International Center for Reiki Training (ICRT) lineage and teaching standards.
Karuna Reiki® is more than an advanced system—it is a spiritual path of compassion that invites you to step into greater service, wisdom, and love.
It is a journey of profound transformation that not only elevates your healing work, but also deepens your connection to the world and the divine.
Usui Reiki and Holy Fire® III Reiki
Reiki has many expressions, and two of the most recognized are Usui Reiki and Holy Fire® Reiki. Both share the same foundation—universal life energy, attunements, hand positions, and a focus on healing the body, mind, and spirit.
Usui Reiki, developed by Mikao Usui in the early 1900s, is the traditional lineage from which all Reiki systems flow. It emphasizes self-healing, daily practice, and a structured approach that has supported students for generations.
Holy Fire® III Reiki is a more recent evolution, introduced by the International Center for Reiki Training (ICRT). It carries the same respect for Usui’s teachings while bringing in a higher frequency of energy—gentle yet powerful, deeply healing, and spiritually uplifting.
Students often describe Holy Fire® III as more direct, refined, and nurturing. It works not only in sessions, but also continues to heal and empower long after the training is complete.
I am trained and certified in both Usui and Holy Fire® lineages. While I honor and respect the traditional Usui teachings, I primarily choose to teach Holy Fire® Reiki because of the depth and transformative qualities I’ve personally experienced with it. Holy Fire® supports students in healing old patterns, awakening inner guidance, and connecting to Divine energy with ease and grace.
By blending the wisdom of Usui with the profound energy of Holy Fire® III, I offer training that is both rooted in tradition and aligned with the evolving needs of our time. This way, students receive the strength of Reiki’s origins while also stepping into the expanded possibilities that Holy Fire® brings.
At the Level I and II stages, it truly doesn’t matter whether you begin with Usui or Holy Fire®—the practices and benefits are essentially the same. The distinction becomes more relevant at the Master and Karuna levels, where the Holy Fire® energy is introduced. If you are already a Usui Master, I encourage you to continue with Holy Fire® III Karuna Reiki®, as once you are attuned you will be able to teach all levels—I, II, Master, and Karuna—within the Holy Fire® system.
