During this full-day training, you will learn how to give Reiki to yourself, your family, and your friends. You’ll explore the history and origins of Usui Reiki, the guiding principles and precepts, and the three foundational pillars that make Reiki unique among healing practices. You’ll also learn about the energy field, meditation practices, hand positions, and how Reiki can be integrated into daily living. This class is more than just a course—it is a profound step in personal development. Reiki gently guides you to release stress, restore balance, and connect with your natural state of peace and well-being.
