Sometimes you just know you need a shift—but you’re not quite sure where to start. An Intuitive Guidance Session is the perfect place to begin when you feel called to clarity, connection, or healing, but aren’t certain which modality or approach is right for you. These sessions are fully customized and guided by both your energy and your soul’s needs in the moment. During your session, I intuitively draw from all the tools and modalities I’ve been trained in—Reiki, Akashic Records, Soul Realignment™, NLP, Timeline Therapy®, and Heart–Brain Coherence. By weaving these methods together, we create a holistic experience that supports you emotionally, mentally, physically, and spiritually. No two sessions are ever alike; each one unfolds as a sacred dialogue between you, your soul, and the divine intelligence that guides all healing. We’ll begin by exploring what feels most present for you—whether it’s confusion about your direction, challenges in relationships, repeating patterns, or simply a sense of being energetically “off.” From there, I open the space and allow intuitive insights, energetic readings, and healing frequencies to flow through. Sometimes we’ll uncover old emotional imprints ready to release; other times, we’ll receive clear next steps or empowering new perspectives. Every session is centered on helping you return to balance, peace, and alignment with your authentic self.
