About the event
This is a full-day class (9:30 am – 6:00 pm) in a small, supportive group setting, with plenty of hands-on practice. As a Canadian Reiki Association–certified class, you’ll receive professional training, a safe and heart-centered environment, and continued support after your course.
Reiki Level I is more than training—it’s a powerful step in personal and spiritual development, offering tools and insights that become a foundation for the rest of your life.

Bring a water bottle and lunch if you wish, you are welcome to stay in the spa or go to the park for lunch, there are also lots of restaurants in the area. Manual will be supplied. Dress relaxed, comfy - you will be meditating.
