Humanity has had many monumental moments that have changed the course of history
but none have been so obvious as what is taking place right now.
Most of us agree that the world has changed forever.
Whenever there is change there is chaos and there are those who fall victim to its wraith.
Whenever there is chaos there is a need for leadership.
Leadership falls to those who can see the opportunities that others don't.
If we are to rise from this chaos and thrive in the emerging new world we must learn to be leaders;
first for our families and second for our communities.
To be a good leader one must be resilient, resourceful and a visionary.
