I went from spiritually seeking to spiritually living. I use to read the books, post the posts, say the lines, take the program - I even taught the courses & I treated clients professionally, but spirituality was still something I did, it was a tool that I reached for, a practice that I did and then I shifted, I learned a new way of thinking and living that transformed everything. I stopped doing spirituality and started living it. Today I feel more alive than ever!
