All Courses Canadian Reiki Association Certified (CRA)
Take one class or both.
Level I - Shoden - In this class you will be introduced to the Reiki Energy, learn its history and foundational principals. No previous experience required. Level II - Okuden - Pre-requisite Level I, can be any form of Usui Reiki from any teacher. In this class you will learn the Reiki Symbols and techniques for emotional, mental and spiritual healing. Develop your communication and business skills. At the end of this class you are recognized as a Reiki Practitioner and qualify to offer healing as a professional service. What is Holy Fire III(R) Reiki??
Holy Fire III is the newest form of Usui Reiki, it is an expansion or evolution of Usui Tibetan Reiki downloaded & developed by William Rand and his inner circle of Usui Reiki Masters.

- One of the more wonderful effects is a feeling of being loved. This is a deep and refined feeling that is very nurturing.
- Once received, it continues to develop itself to be more evolved and effective.

Usui Reiki - a Japanese Healing Modality for Everyone!
Reiki is the healing modality of spiritually guided life force energy. It is the art of channeling Divine energy into the body for the purpose of healing. It is not the practitioner but rather spirit that is doing the healing. It is non-denominational and may be used by anyone of any age. Rei means spiritual wisdom and Ki means Life Force Energy. A Reiki Session promotes mental, physical and spiritual relaxation, it balances and enhances body energy, encourages the body to heal, encourages the body to release disease on all levels, and has a positive effect on the endocrine and immune system.
An education in Reiki gives the practitioner a life changing tool. It can be used to center and calm a child, bring peace to a loved one, cleanse the energy of your food, bless a vacation, enhance a nights sleep and so much more. It is a life tool with endless applications for use. The more it is used the more your life is enriched. I am always happy to give a Reiki Healing Session as it is a most wonderful experience, but I must say that my true joy is in sharing the knowledge of Reiki.
I am available for support and encouragement to all my students. I offer regular monthly Reiki Shares for practice and all my students are welcome to review a class anytime.

Reiki Shoden - Level I
In Level I, Shoden level, you are attuned to the Reiki energy and begin to feel it flow through you. Focusing on self-healing and helping others you will learn how to give self treatments and how to treat friends and family. You will learn the history, the principals and the pillars that make Usui Reiki so different from other healing modalities. You will learn about your energy field, Reiki meditations, the Reiki Ethics, the five principles or precepts, the three pillars of Reiki, the hand positions, how to do a self-healing, how to provide a session for others and some life style uses of Reiki.
You will learn:
· about your personal energy field, how to manage it, strengthen it and protect it.
· how to safely exercise your free will with your natural spiritual abilities.
· how to develop your intuition and psychic abilities
· to calm the ‘noise’ inside your head
· real spiritual protection
· to identify where your boundaries are and how to strengthen them without negative effects
· to connect to your environment and your everyday life with peace, strength and empowerment
· how to strengthen your energy and heal yourself through Divine Spirit
· how to powerfully connect with the Divine Creator
· how to heal friends & family without draining yourself
Class are a full day from 930 am to 6pm, lots of hands-on practise, small classes, professional setting, fully CRA Certified and continued support. The most powerful personal development class you will ever take! This information is so informative and empowering it will be the foundations of the rest of your life.
Reiki Okuden - Level II
Level II opens up your awareness and understanding of the Reiki Energy. This is where it becomes super fun, rewarding, energizing and a way of life. You will learn the Sacred Symbols for healing, explore different uses of Reiki and learn a few new 'tools' to manage your life force energy. Your Attunement to level II is a commitment to the Reiki energy and with this commitment comes an embracing of the Reiki way into your life path. You will learn how to use Reiki to clear unwanted habits, empower goals, manifest changes and how to send distant Reiki. At this level you are able to begin professionally practicing Reiki, you may add it to services you already do for enhancement of the healing or you may use Reiki as its own healing service.

These levels can be taught all as one or broken down into seperate training sessions depending on what the student prefers. I recommend doing this as one level even if you don't have an interest in teaching. In these levels you will learn more symbols, how to do attunements, Reiki meditations and much more!

The Canadian Reiki Association (CRA) is a federally registered non-profit that represents Reiki practitioners and teachers across Canada. Established in 1997, its mission is to ensure professionalism and adherence to Reiki practice standards. CRA members benefit from resources such as liability insurance, a practitioner directory, and certification with designations like CRA-RP or CRA-RT. The association also supports members with marketing tools, event participation, and community involvement. Many municipalities require CRA membership for Reiki business licensing.
